Dear members and well wishers,
Greetings!
Our journey at the Uganda Professional Science Teachers’ Union (UPSTU) has been marked by remarkable achievements. From our modest beginnings, UPSTU has evolved into a powerful advocate for quality science education in Uganda. We have pushed for improved remuneration, better working conditions, and resources for science teachers.
The establishment of our secretariat stands as a testament to our dedication to enhancing member services and engagement. We have streamlined communication, facilitated efficient coordination, and enhanced accessibility for all our members. Additionally, our continued member coding efforts have ensured that we grow our membership, fostering a sense of belonging and support.
These accomplishments are not just mere achievements; they represent our unwavering commitment to science education, teacher empowerment, and collective growth. As we reflect on our journey, we are inspired to reach even greater heights, ensuring that every science teacher’s voice is heard, and every student’s potential is nurtured.
With gratitude and determination,
