Godfrey from AAR explained the coverage details, including hospitalization limits, outpatient benefits, and additional features like hospital cashback and critical illness benefits. The presenters clarified that insurance policies are individual-based and cannot cover family members unless purchased as a family package, and addressed questions about exclusions, responsiveness, and premium options. Mukooba announced plans to design a financing package to help teachers afford the insurance premiums through installment payments, and encouraged members to express interest so he could present the proposal to the board.
